  • A safe, non-judgmental space for teens (16+) and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, burnout, or grief. You do not have to go through it alone. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and begin healing from within, at your own pace.

  • We offer inclusive relationship therapy for monogamous, consensually non-monogamous (CNM), and polyamorous partners. If you are experiencing communication breakdowns, struggling with intimacy, or feeling emotionally disconnected, our couples counseling sessions provide a supportive space to rebuild trust, deepen connection, and navigate conflict with clarity. Every relationship is met with respect, and without shame, judgment, or assumptions.
